Refund policy

This Refund policy explains how to request and receive a refund for your CDE Sports Data purchases.

1. Full refund within 14 days

You are entitled to a full refund of any payment, no questions asked, if requested within 14 calendar days of the payment date. This applies to the Base Plan, add-ons, monthly subscriptions, and one-time 30-day payments.

2. How to request

Email vendas@cdesporte.com including:

• Your payment provider order number.
• The email used for the purchase.

3. Processing time

Refunds are processed by our payment provider within 5-10 business days. The amount is returned to the original payment method.

4. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the period already paid.
